Administrator’s Career Shaped by MA in Educational Leadership

Damein Phoenix ’13 has seen his teaching career take him halfway around the world. Now, back in East Orange, the city where he grew up, he serves as an assistant principal at East Orange Campus High School. Earning a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership at Montclair State prepared him for his administrative role.
