From the first day to the last day I walk you through my experience of swimming everyday for 30 days. It started out terrible, got a little better, got kinda fun, the fizzled out. I made huge improvements swimming everyday for 30 days, but swimming is very technical and requires a lot of time put into it to make big gains.
Swimming everyday for 30 days was an amazing experience. It taught me a lot about pushing through frustrating times and doing something you dont want to do but know will be good in the long run. I will keep swimming and really look forward to getting better at it.
