About Melvin Lim
Melvin Lim is CEO and co-founder of PropertyLimBrothers Team (PLB Team) - a leading real estate team in Singapore that serves its clientele and projects with unique crafted content and marketing and advertising campaign. The team sold 269 properties in the 24 months in 2018 and 2019 combined. He is also the founder of PropertyLimBrothers Media Pte Ltd, a solely owned social media and studio production house that crafts each project that PropertyLimBrothers Team undertakes. Its an agency that Melvin set up in order to serve PLB’s clients with a different experience. This agency only does in-house projects and is dedicated to craft unique campaigns.
Melvin is also co-founder of AffinityMotions Studios that does video production services for external real estate salespeople in Singapore as well as small to medium business.
He is a millionaire realtor in 2019 in Propnex overall annual awards and has been featured on CNBC, LiaoHe ZhaoBao, Propertyguru, 99.co, Soho, MothershipSG on the team’s vision to do real estate differently in Singapore.
Having studied Banking and Finance in University, Melvin has a natural aptitude for numbers. But his interest for advertising and content has created his drive to do things differently each time for each project.
Melvin sees every home as a unique property, each with its own character and a story to tell. He loves crafting stories, using his years of experience to identify the things that make a home special, and then showcasing them to potential buyers. This, he believes, is what gives him the edge over other realtors.
For Melvin, Home is where his Heart is. When he is not selling properties, he spends quality time with his wife, 4 children and their adorable dog, Oreo. Their family #homeschools their children till the end of Primary school before they progress to secondary education.
As an ex-sportsperson, he unleashes his competitive side through his weekly basketball training with his friends and kids. In his schooling days, he was a competitive Canoeist. He even clinched the third position in Nationals!
