S. Korea to recall 12,463 cars from 5 auto companies due to faulty parts

현대차•벤츠•BMW 등 5개사 26개 차종 1만2천463대 리콜

South Korea's transport ministry is recalling more than 12-thousand vehicles in the country.
The ministry said on Thursday... five automakers Hyundai Motor, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen Korea.... and Hanbul Motors,... the official importer of Peugeot and Citroen are subject to the recall.
It's found that their cars have problems like software errors and faulty parts.
The ministry said, the automakers will offer free repairs for 26 car models at designated service centers.
Owners of recalled models will be notified via mail or text message.
