Proceed with Friday prayer but strictly follow MOH's guidelines, says Religious Affairs Minister

The current Covid-19 situation in the country, which is still under control, does not require the Friday prayer to be suspended, Religious Affairs Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Dr Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri said on Thursday (March 12).

He said it can proceed with some adjustments such as shortening the sermon and those showing symptoms of the virus are not obligated to attend the congregational prayer.
