Ghanti Bajao's report of Feb 14 revealed that on papers there were as many as 4.5 lakh toilets functional in Madhya Pradesh, but in reality none of these toilets were found to be operational anywhere in the state. They were full of sand, rubbish or grass. A scam worth Rs 450 crores has been conducted as the amount was never spent to build toilets in MP.
