NASA's Pegasus barge transported the first flight core stage for NASA's Space Launch System NASA's Pegasus barge moved the first flight core scene for NASA's Space Launch System rocket from the Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans to the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi on January 12th. The first stage to be used for the first Artemis mission to the Moon appeared on the Pegasus barge at the B-2 Test Stand. After being lifted and mounted on the stand, the stage will be subjected to a series of integrated tests before the Artemis I flight.
