Tourette's Syndrome is a physical condition that affects 1 to 10 in every 1000 kids everyday. Myself included. With involuntary movements and verbal outbursts for some . I am lucky to have grown up in an area where people looked up to me because i was different. I want to give that same feeling to everyone affected by this. To not be shunned or ashamed of what you are born with (the actual cause of the condition is unknown). But research will help figure it out and maybe help prevent anyone else from going through this life of involuntary actions where we must apologize for sometimes.
www.tourette.org is a great way to further your understand and you are able to donate to it to help figure out what causes this to happen! Most of my charity streams will revolve around Tourettes research or things of the like because this is such a personal topic it only feels right to help others in similar situations.
