Last Long Run - Houston Marathon Training

Last Long Run - Houston Marathon Training Today, I go for the last long run before the taper for my Houston Marathon training. The workout called for a 20 mile run with a 1x13.1mi interval at a potential marathon HR. There were four purposes for this run:
1) get in a long run
2) test Hoka Carbon Rocket as a marathon shoe
3) embrace discomfort
4) race day dry run (nutrition/pace)
