How does it work? Easy. Reach out real estate agents, brokers, and investors–especially the ones that do a lot of marketing! Think of wholesalers in your area. Call them and take out their trash.
Remember: their trash is your treasure! Why? Because you can do business with the leads they can’t but have spent a lot of money on advertising to get them. The trick is to let them know you will give some money as soon as you make a deal out of each lead.
