I'm sure you've tried a lot of different fitness programs without seeing the results you're looking for and eventually you give in, for whatever the reason...it can be because the routine is too long for your lifestyle, or perhaps it's just not enjoyable!

All the different routines are 15 minutes long, you can absolutely do more if you have the time, but if not, you can do 15 minutes, remember something is ALWAYS better than nothing!!
Having a routine that works for YOU, is key for seeing results, because you'll ENJOY doing the workouts, you'll have the TIME do your workouts if they're short enough for you to fit them into your schedule and consistency leads to SUCCESS!!
