In 1992, Edgar Santiago walked away from a Connecticut facility where he was serving a sentence on a drug conviction. For the next 27 years, he lived on the lam in South Florida, raising two children to adulthood, then marrying and raising two more children. The law tracked him down in May and he was sent back to prison. In September, Connecticut authorities paroled him to Florida. He flew home the evening of Nov. 23 and now is ready to restart his career and family.
