However, he remains determined despite their resistance. Feeling disregarded after learning about Chico’s plan from Lemon, Pia (Alyssa Muhlach) confronts him. Troubled by his problems, Chico seeks Betty's (Arci Muñoz) company. The next day, Chico seeks Fernan’s (Joey Marquez) help upon discovering that Elena (Rosanna Roces) is not at home. Despite letting Fernan assist in the search, Luz (Sylvia Sanchez) worries that her husband and his first love together. Determined to convince Chico to stay, Fernan seeks help from Elena. While talking about the issue, Fernan receives an update regarding the investigation on Lemon (Kira Balinger) and Stefano's (Marco Gallo) accident.
