The Epstein Choke! (also known as the No-Gi Ezekiel)

This is one of my favorite chokes because it uses no strength (and the press will say it was suicide!)

If you have trouble finishing the head and arm choke, let them roll away and just follow them. As you follow them to their side, lock your arms like a RNC, lie down, and squeeze.

It's one of the worst chokes you will ever feel.
