Pimping the homeless, drug addicts, alcoholics, and mentally ill is the new form of human trafficking. The way this works is all nonprofit organizations apply for Federal Government Grants usually under 501(c)(3) or another 501(C) The Non Profit Organization drafts up a proposal in which comes with a college like syllabus that refers to "programs" Most non profit organizations have board members. In most cases the Federal Government approves the grant money, then the non profit receives the funds. The major problem is once the federal government gives the nonprofit the funds, they expect the non profit to be truthful regarding how the money was actually spent. All Non Profits receive donations from private and non private donors, the problem with this is that the donor actually believes what the non profit organization tells them regarding who the donation is actually helping. In fact if you go on the websites to all non profit homeless organizations in guaranteed that will see a homeless person's face, this is done to fool the public into thinking that their donation is really going to homeless people. We can all see from the video that there is piles on top of piles of donations some brand new not reaching the homeless at all. The truth of the matter is that when the staff members are done choosing what items they want for themselves and their family, then the rest is sold to other non profit organizations such as GoodWill Industries Value Village, Salvation Army, And Thrift Stores. The leftovers and not so good donations are then given to the homeless usually on holidays. Giving the homeless donations on holidays such as Christmas, and Thanksgiving is a strategic exploitation of the homeless that has been going for decades now. In conclusion try to donate directly to the homeless individual and not the not the non profit organization who claims that they're helping the homeless!
