Families First Choice worker is not aware of what medication my uncle takes or it's location.

Families First Choice worker is not aware of what medication my uncle takes or it's location. In this video you can see how Families First Choice completely failed to give or "remind" my uncle to take his medication. My uncle has some health concerns that have been properly managed for years by my father working with my Uncles doctors and giving him proper care. This further details the type of issues the family has had with Families First Choice as a sitting company. My Uncle Mr. Howlett has been missing entire days of medication due to Families First Choice negligence as detailed by their worker. The medication was not made readily available by placing in plain sight or an agreed upon location. The worker was not made aware of the medication at all when given the assignment. It was clear from the workers statements she had not looked in the book where this information was supposed to be documented. Making sure this client received the proper assistance taking his physician prescribed medication is clearly not a priority for this company. If my Uncle did not have family that does make his care the priority how long would he have gone with out proper medication in line with the Doctors instructions? It is also interesting to note the workers description of how the worker before her was fired. She was not notified of her termination and allowed to come to work and find someone else has her job. Not firing someone over the phone is common practice. But allowing someone to show up at a location off site in an uncontrolled environment and find out they are fired in what most would consider to be a very upsetting way to find out you're fired shows no concern for the senior who's apartment you left that to play out in. Because being fired can be emotionally upsetting and otherwise normal people have been known to behave badly even violently employers typically call the person into a controlled environment and like an office where they have already notified other staff this was happening and if need be are ready to escort the person off the property immediately for everyones safety. Again Families First Choice showed no regards for the safety of my uncle or their other employee for allowing that to play out the way it did. It also shows a pattern of behavior from Keisha the supervisor at Families First Choice. By not just calling the young lady into the office and getting it done this drags it out inflicting the greatest amount of discomfort in an already stressful situation. This video shows complete negligence on the part of Families First Choice by not properly supervising my uncles medication putting his health at risk and by not properly executing firing some one who sat for him put his safety at risk. The same level of risk that prompts employers to take the above mentioned precautions.
