Many people use lucid dreaming to overcome their fears... but how does this actually work? Watch the video to learn the BEST technique to conquering your fears in a lucid dream, so that the next time you are in the dream world, you can do this!
Facing your fears in a dream may cause you to wake up, so make sure you're using the proper techniques to ground yourself in the lucid dream before attempting this. Some ways you can stabilize your dream is rubbing your hands together, spinning around in a circle, or doing some mental math.
When done correctly, you can use this powerful technique to overcome any fear that you have in the real world through a lucid dream. I've used lucid dreaming to overcome my fear of heights, and know many people who have done similar things. Make sure to write down some notes from this video so that you don't forget!
