Some noticeable MCC bugs. [Read Description]

As much as I am excited for Halo Reach I do think some things still need to be addressed regarding mcc in a lot of ways. and considering how much they have done to make this game a lot better when it was first launched aka unplayable for the most part to a stable game. There are still some issues that still exist and that I think should over time have some transparency about what can and can't be fixed. This is made for pointing out bugs none of the bugs pointed out here are abusable bugs. anyways cheers.
