HI ! There are many words in english which are used almost daily but we the hindi speaking people,often make mistakes while pronouncing the words. There are 44 sounds in english in which 24 sounds are of consonants while 20 sounds are vowel sounds . Further consonants are divided into two parts voiced sounds and voiceless sounds.There are 9 voiceless sounds i.e p/ch/s/t/f/sh/k/th.In this video,i have told a very simple rule that when we add d/ed to voiceless sounds it is not pronounced as d sound but it pronounced as 't' sound for example : laugh+ed= laughed that is laft.
