Training hard. It's good. It's noble. It's necessary. Most really don't train hard...at least hard enough...but that's not even the point of this video.
It's all about the sacred "six-pack" of abs. Desired by most, had by few.
Before Ii even get into the REAL barrier that is preventing you from getting the ripped, deep abs you know you want but can't seem to get
Primarily.. it's your thinking that needs changing.
Abs do NOT come out of a bottle, not from liposuction...and really, NOT from destructive, depriving crash diets.
All of that...that's no way to live and none of that can be sustained anyway.
Your nutrition-it has to be tight, in alignment with your goals and training, and something that you can adhere to easily. Really...we are talking about "eating style," because face it...when you say "Diet" you are already thinking about when you are gonna get off of it. Style...you always want to have that.becomes your "way."
Generally, I have found that you will start to see your ab muscles when you are at about 10-12% body fat. Not as easy as you may think...especially when every jamoke wants to throw numbers around like "I'm 3%."
No...you most likely are not.
WHAT YOU HAVE NO CHOICE OVER...
Your abdominal configuration. Whether your abs are "even" or a series of disjointed, malaligned rows has naught to do with your efforts...it has to do with the anatomical structure you were born with.
You cannot choose or train for six or eight packs.
In the rectus muscle ( It runs from the rib cartilages, the xiphoid process to the pubic bone) there run horizontal tendinous intersections. These are ridges you can actually feel and THEY determine how many rows of abs you'll have and if they are even or not.
Really, what I am saying in this video is you have gotta be on point with your food. You have to train hard-but, actually, not as much as you may think.
