In this video, we have visited the Government Primary School Dwarahat (Dudholi) - राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय द्वाराहाट India. This primary school is one of the primary school in Dwarahat range. Located in village Dudholi, Uttrakhand, India. This video is all about the kids attending the school, their teachers who are very dedicated towards them. They all look very happy to be here, they play, learn and eat with them. Parents from an underprivileged background generally tend to not send their children to school at all. But the mid-day meal program, better facilities provided under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (सर्व शिक्षा अभियान ) have driven them to send their children in primary school.
Here they enjoy their time and learn. And the teachers always bless them with a better future. Daily activities done by children guided by teachers include sports (mainly football/handball), morning prayer, midday lunch, poem recitation, studies (of course), and songs!
This video is shot in Uttrakhand hill station Dwarahat, a famous and historic place of India. Although many videos are here about Dwarahat, none show how locals survive, their work and living. Most videos are uploaded by tourists who just pass by this town.
In this video series, we (a group of locals) try to share some information or give you an insight into how life works inside a common hill village, which generally tourists are unheard of.
