Fiddling With Flow When you're learning and practicing, do you ever think, "Theres too much to remember!" Fingering correctly, getting a good bow sound, relaxing the shoulders, not lifting the fingers too high, play in tune, play in time, and on and on. It seems like serious multi-tasking!

The takeaway: get one very small piece to flow and then use that to check in on all aspects of your playing. If you can do that, then the rest of the tune might start to feel more like a single unified task instead of the more daunting feeling of multi-tasking.
