AP EAMCET Seat Allotment 2019 Important Dates:

Option change – 2nd August 2019

Seat Allotment – 3rd August 2019

Classes Start for Engineering Colleges from 5th August 2019

Last date for student report on colleges – 8th August 2019

Students have to download the AP EAMCET Seat Allotment Order 2019 from the official site that is apeamcet.nic.in

Fee Reimbursement :

The students belonging to SC/ST/BC/EBC/Disabled/Minority categories will be considered for Full Reimbursement of
Tuition Fee (RTF) which is subject to verification and eligibility criteria prescribed by State Government of Andhra Pradesh
vide G.O.M.S.NO:72 dated 18/10/2014 of social welfare department. In the event of the candidate found not eligible for fee
reimbursement, the candidate shall have to pay the tuition fee. Those who are not eligible for reimbursement as prescribed in
G.O.M.S.NO:72 dated 18.10.2014 shall pay the tuition fee.

Instructions to Candidates:
1. Report through 'Candidates Login' from website through a self-reporting
system or from a nearby help line centre.
2. Take print out of two copies of joining report, allotment order and receipt of certificate and report
to the allotted College. Submit a copy of joining report, allotment order and receipt of certificate
and obtain acknowledgement on 2nd copy of joining report from the College where you have
reported and retain with you.
3. Candidates whose certificates are verified through online has to download receipt of
certificate from candidate's login and submit at the allotted college along with joining report and
allotment order.
4. Both Self reporting and reporting at the allotted college is compulsory to retain the present
allotment. The last date for Self-reporting and reporting at the allotted college is 08.08.2019.
5. If you do not report through self-reporting system and/or not reporting at the allotted college, the
provisional allotment will be treated as a vacancy for the subsequent phase and the provisional
allotment of 1st phase will automatically stands cancelled and you have no claim on the seat
allotted.
6. The academic credentials verified if found false at a later date, your allotment will be cancelled
and you are also liable for criminal prosecution.
7. Candidate is not required to deposit original certificates in the college/Institute at the time of
admission. The candidate can produce original certificates only for the purpose of verification in
the college/Institute and can submit only Xerox copies in the college/Institute.
8. Candidates who are not eligible for fee reimbursement shall pay the tuition after final phase
only.College managements are instructed,not to collect any type of fee from the candidates till
the final phase of admissions.
9. Class work will commence from 05.08.2019.
