help yourself first before helping others...

I ran into an interesting quote that said "In order to help others, you must first help yourself..." It is just like Tony Robbins, Les Brown, Jim Rohn, and many other influential people say. First, you must take care of yourself, to help yourself, and then you would be able to help others. For me, the quote came from the path of Alex Ikoon and the Ikonns podcast. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to listen to it and give me this perspective.

Leaders focus on what they can control, what they have, and what they want. They are grateful for every opportunity given. Once you change your focus in this way, you will become a creator of your life.
