This 30 minute practice focusses on toning, strengthening & lengthening the muscles in your upper and lower body in equal parts. Start your practice with a calming equal part breath, moving to cat/cow to warm the spine. Flow through surya namaskar A & B and into side plank before resting & lengthening. Challenge your balance in eagle and lengthen and tone the larger muscles in your legs - thighs, hamstrings and glutes. Enjoy!
