Yes Bank Crisis: CBI Files FIR Against Firms Owned By Rana Kapoor's Daughters

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case against Dewan Housing Finance Limited (DHFL), Doit Urban Ventures (India) limited owned by Rana Kapoor's daughters.
A case has also been registered against the then promotor, director and CEO of Yes Bank, Kapil Wadhwan on charges of cheating and criminal conspiracy of the Indian Penal Code(IPC) and 7, 12, and 13 of the prevention of corruption act.
