Thick smoke from Oil plant posing health threat to Patients ?

The thick dark smoke you see is from an oil processing plant located in Juaben in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

The plant is located right opposite to a hospital/health facility

Reports say, the oil facility has been there years before the health facility constructed
