Today we’re solving the no window dilemma by painting one ourselves! This video will be part time lapse landscape painting and part DIY tutorial for assembling a faux window for my interior office which has no windows for me to look out of.
I found the faux window frame in the impulse section at Target. I think it’s meant to just hang by itself as wall decor, but we’re going to take it a step farther and make it look like an actual window.
Once the painting was dry. (Which took forever btw). I attached it to the back of the frame by gluing down some elastic I had left over from my DIY Bulletin Board. Video is here:

Then slide the picture in and mount on the wall. Easy peasy!

Frame: I couldn’t find one online for a reasonable price. I think I paid $7 for mine so I don’t want to link a $30 one.
