Destigmatizing Mental Illness from Within Healthcare

Destigmatizing Mental Illness from Within Healthcare This video was created by a group of York University nursing students for Change Day Ontario.
The goal of this video is to spread awareness about the stigma of mental illness that health care providers contribute to.

Nurses and other healthcare providers need to increase their self-awareness so that they do not inadvertently add to the stigma surrounding mental illness.
