Boris Johnson Paradox - Both Wise and Foolish

Depending on how you focus in on Boris Johnson's behaviour, he can seem either wise or foolish. His policies as Prime Minister are breaking all the political rules and setting him up for a fall. But his campaigning behaviour has been on the money, and showed a level of humility that was missing from his political opponents. With Johnson's Brexit strategy still being debated, is he delusional or able to accept reality as he proceeds?
