when we sit alone, may or may not be lonely, we sit and observe, imagining we are above them all around us. what we do not remember, what we do, faces we see, people we meet and what more, and what less, everything goes away with us, like time. but what was happening there, has still happened, the fire burnt, the people killed and the wire pulled.
we think, we are above it all, as a pyre burns a few feet away, and it is getting cloudy to rain gold.
