Welcome to Day 3 of the Yoga Basics Challenge! Today is all about improving our balance in yoga. Just like building a house, we need to start with our foundation in order to be able to stand firm and strong. This means grounding down our feet, ensuring that no wind or distraction can sway us from our roots.

On the opposite end of the stick is to use the power of our gaze (or Drishti) to help us balance. While the feet has direct contact with the ground, the eyes are meant to help our bodies focus on one point so that we do not get distracted easily.
