Noun is a word used as the name of a person, place animal/bird or a thing.

There are six #kinds of #Noun (Basic English Grammar) –
1) #Common Noun - A common noun is the generic name for a person, place, or thing in a class or group.
For example- father, baby, child, toddler, teenager, etc
2) #Proper Noun - a name used for an individual person, place, or organization, spelled with an initial capital letter, e.g. Jane, London, and Oxfam.
3) #Collective Noun - are names for a collection or a number of people or things. Words like group, herd, and array are collective noun examples.
4) #Abstract Noun - a noun denoting an idea, quality, or state rather than a concrete object, e.g. truth, danger, happiness.
5) #Countable Noun - Anything that can be counted, whether singular – a dog, a house, a friend, etc. or plural – a few books, lots of oranges, etc. is a countable noun.
6) #UncountableNoun- Uncountable nouns are for the things that we cannot count with numbers. They may be the names for abstract ideas or qualities or for physical objects that are too small or too amorphous to be counted (liquids, powders, gases, etc.).
