SUBANG JAYA's Scrumptious Nasi Campur with Rendang | Mak Tok's TastyVenture Ep. 3

After spending a few days in Bangkok, Thailand , it's finally time to head home to reunite with my family and the delicious food I missed so dearly. In this episode, I'll be bringing you to one of the many street food restaurants in Subang Jaya, Malaysia called Nasi Ayam Klasik USJ. They serve one of the best nasi campur in the area I grew up in and I remember having lunch here with my sisters straight after school.

After that, I'll be showing you how to recreate a curry dish - Rendang - that I had but with a twist. I will be making a veggie version that is less known in Malaysia but equally as tasty. Perfect for anyone on a #vegan diet or simply want to spice up their dull veggie dishes.
