This is an update to let you know that a new technology is around the corner and it will make it so much easier to actually see what is working in terms of reversing the biological clock, and not just for mice but humans. The best way to measure the biological age is currently through a Horvath Methylation Clock test. This can be done taking some blood, or even saliva but a test costs around USD 300, which makes it impractical for most people. However, it looks like a new technology will make the test available for USD 5-10. This will open it up to millions of people. If their habits are registered we can extrapolate a lot of interesting data and individuals can repeat the test after an intervention to see what is actually working.
