How to Peel a Pineapple. Pineapple has miraculous benefits from boosting metabolism, boosting immunity, improving bone health and accelerating weight loss.

Pineapple is highly anti-inflammatory, rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. Though pineapple are rich in natural sugar but they are accompanied with dietary fibre and low calories and doesnt do any harm when taken in decent quantity (100-150gm every day). Pineapple are quite high in vitamin C, potassium and bromelain enzyme (enzyme that breaks down protein) and is also free of fats and cholestrol.

Always prefer eating a natural ripe Pineapple over Canned Pineapple. Canned Pineapple have higher calories and sugars and lesser of vitamins and minerals.

How to select a perfect Pineapple🍍? Always select a Pineapple that has turned yellowish in color however is still hard on pressing. If Pineapple is even slightly soft, the chances are it is about to go stale.
Also, ripes pineapples have a sweet smell/fragnance at the bottom of it.

How to cut Pineapple?🍍
Use a simple kitchen knife to cut the top and bottom first. Once the base is flattened, keep the Pineapple on a plate/chopping board and use a cloth to hold the pineapple and start cutting the edges. I do not prefer cutting thick edges with all the spikes since then i will not be left with much to eat. So slice off thin edges and store in fridge with bottom part on top side. Cut a slice everday and work on removing those spikes and Enjoy.
