Blinded by Lily’s (Lorna Tolentino) formulated lies against his friends, Oscar (Rowell Santiago) arrives at a decision regarding Diana’s (Angel Aquino) position in his Cabinet. Knowing full well that the president will not change his mind so easily, Diana requests her trusted assistant to keep an eye on the first lady. Meanwhile, as his family and friends celebrate his remarkable career on his birthday, Delfin launches (Jaime Fábregas) an action that will put an end to his insurmountable problem.
Ellen (Ara Mina) is thrilled to learn that Arturo (Tirso Cruz III) is being summoned to the Palace. Meanwhile, Delfin finds a companion in Flora (Susan Roces) amidst his suffering. Unbeknownst to them, Delfin’s arrest is already in motion. Despite having initial reservations for the act they are about to make, Gen. Dela Cruz (Rey Malonzo) and the police are forced to execute the law, leaving a birthday celebration Delfin and his loved ones will never forget.
Cardo’s family and the Task Force Agila members are shaken to the core following CIDG’s arrest of Delfin. Bewildered by the shocking turn of events, they soon learn about the possible mastermind behind the secretary’s downfall. Reveling in the fruition of her evil scheme, Lily resumes her plan of taking complete control of Oscar with the help of the infamous Judge Arturo Padua.
