Day 14 and still clean thank God to these videos, I mentioned in this video it seems like I am now adapting new bad habits, these bad habits might seem stupid or strange to other people but to me, these are new bad habits. Waking up at later then 5.30am in the week is a new bad habit, for example, I know to most people this sounds ridiculous but to me, it's not. Not reading every day for at least 30 mins is another new bad habit, again to most people this sounds strange but to me, this is my new bad habit. The aim is to get rid of all bad habits, some are obvious like compulsive gambling some are not like not waking up on time (for me 5.30 am in the week). So for the rest of the challenge, I am going to try and get rid of these bad habits also and see what happens. Until tomorrow everyone.
