in today’s video I show you a week of different workouts (well 5 days lol). One of my New Years resolutions is to go out of my comfort zone and do things that scare me! Working out alone has always made me anxious but I decided to go out and explore different workouts by myself! It was so much fun!! I encourage you to go outside of your comfort zone :)
