We meditated in NEGATIVE temperatures OUTSIDE!! | Wim Hof would be proud of us

We meditated in NEGATIVE temperatures OUTSIDE!! | Wim Hof would be proud of us While we spent some time in cold Chicago last weekend we got excited to see snow and be in cold temperatures again. We have been practicing the Wim Hof Method #wimhofmethod for almost two years now and have been taking cold showers as well. Once in a while, we have the opportunity to take a nice ice bath. We push our comfort zone to be in the cold more so we can develop a strong mindset and build our immunity. With cold exposure in combination with everything that yoga has to offer, a plant-based whole foods diet, and fasting, we believe you can build such a powerful and strong body and mind and truly be the best, happiest, and healthiest version of yourself.

We meditated again the day after in the snow at the same temperature 31F/-1C and also did some handstands outside. We don't recommend you doing this without knowing what you're doing. To be outside in the cold for this amount of time with almost no clothes on, you need to do some preparation with your breath and mind. If you want to give this a try start taking cold shower, perhaps start cold and end cold - yes no warm showers anymore haha :)
