You can do this exercise seated or standing. Keep a tall spine, with your hands behind you resting on your low back. Then squeeze your shoulder blades together, then bring your elbows as far back as possible. Slowly start to straighten your arms, then make fists and rotate both arms out with control, then inward with control. Then slowly bend your arms to bring your hands back to your low back. This is meant to be slow and controlled.
