Mr Mohan was extradited to Malaysia by the Singapore Police Force in March 2015 for a murder allegedly committed by him in Penang, Malaysia. He was left in Malaysia for four months with no follow up from the SPF or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and had to buy his own ticket back to Singapore when the Malaysian police finally released him back in 2015. He had to go for surgery to remove a lump near his back following his four months ordeal.
Mr Mohan is finally sharing his story after settling in his life, and traumatic experience.
TOC has written in to the various agencies three weeks ago and has not received any answers about why Mr Mohan had to experience what he been been through.
