Self Sufficient in Suburbia Early January 2020

Work continues to bring our small holding into operation. We ship lots of manure and top soil to our field to spread it on the land ready for planting. Work starts to plant a new boundary hedge and back in the kitchen we make bacon from the bacon joint from our last pig.
