Detachment from Overthinking - Guided Meditation Suitable for Beginners Do you suffer with an over-active mind? Perhaps you are prone to anxiety and stress. This 25-minute guided meditation is a chance for you to have some time to yourself and to practise mindfulness. You don't need any past meditation experience; this session is suitable for beginners.
All you need is somewhere comfortable to sit for the duration of the recording. You will practise breathing and being mindful of your body.

If you'd like to learn more about meditation, you can build on your meditation ability and its effectiveness by regularly practising the skills learned from this introductory video course. Perhaps you just want to get a few minutes of headspace - the introductory mindfulness meditations will allow you 10 minutes of relaxation away from life's stresses and may be combined with sleep hypnosis to help combat feelings of negativity or anxiety.
