Despite rain, bushfires continue in south coast bushfires | ABC News

Rain has fallen across large parts of the fire-affected south coast of Australia, bringing relief to weary residents. But rather than help firefighters, it's been more of a hindrance; too little to extinguish the blazes, but too much for backburning to be carried out.
