@cat_hedlund is a yoga and gym fiend. But it's not helping the costo-cartilidge articulations which present, here today for you, aggravated and insulted by the normal human being condition of 1) Previous Injury 2) Posture & 3) Gravity.

Radiculopathy? Not in this case. The referral pain pattern is just the path of her rib. The inflammation around the lateral aspect was relatively low, which is common. And it was the costovertebral articulation that came in as our primary target.

Or was it the costosternal articulation?

Either way, I took them both out.

But I don't always come out of my contracts with a flawless victory.

If you stayed until the end... true story.

Also a true story... I once titled a video "Neck Explosion" which remains one of this channels top videos... and the same thing happened there too. That's right. The thunderous cavitations and Brook's epic reaction back in season 3 were not quite as thunderous or epic... as the cervical manipulation that occurred... right before I turned the camera on.

shuuuuu ... t.

At least the lower left cervical was money, and the side postures were bling.

And I hope you LOL'd at her response after the cervical adjustment.

I was standing in the background with my jaw open like "GOOD!?!??"

In the very least, I hope it wasn't too much of a disturbance that I adjusted the thoracic spine after the neck and pelvis. I know I'm deviating from the comfort zone here.

I did it for one reason, and one reason only... but you have to decide which one it is.

Option 1: Because 11 years of clinical experience has proved that a locked thoracic spine will release better after removing the tension above and below...

Option 2: To prove to all the chiro trolls that we don't necessarily "do the same thing every time regardless of the condition."

OK, OK. Chillax. It's just fun. Have a breath and a smile.

If not, just re-watch Cat's epic organ manipulations that sounded like... well... the other day at my 8 year old daughter's school lunch (I go every Friday) when I taught all of her friends how to make noises by squeezing air out of their cheeks... hehe

Then I was reprimanded by the lunch lady.

pshhhh...

Regarding the tongue diagnosis for coffee drinkers... it's really quite simple... BROWN! But sometimes kind of greenish too... and the hallmark surface bumps that resemble the likeness of Juan Valdez.

Que the mariachi band sting.

I gave a short clip of the "Doctor's Report" just becasue I never have before. And in the day to day clinical life of a chiropractor, this is one of the most valuable services I provide.

"What is it? Is it serious? What do I do next?"

It's worth the price of admission.

Just like when Rey buried Luke and Leia's twin lightsabers.

Time for a new story.

Speaking of which, there's something else coming up this week... that is GOING TO BLOW YOUR MIND!

Stay Tuned.
