Continuing its demolition drive against illegal structures on the sixth day running, AMC teams brought down 36 unauthorised constructions on Thursday. Structures that did not adhere to norms were brought down at well-known hotels, hospitals, schools and other commercial establishments. These included SAL hospital, HCG (Sola) hospital Regenta hotel, Fern hotel, National Handloom (Naroda) and Tripada School. As per AMC sources, three hospitals, one tuition class, 11 schools, eight hotels and 12 commercial buildings were included in the drive across seven zones of the city.
