A Crucial Ministry Shift To Get Christians in the Next Gear

Until we get into people's lives and coach them to minister to other people we are just teaching information, rather than coaching skills. If we are going to embrace the priesthood of all believers we have to train members to minister. It cannot be left to the professionals but we are setting people up for failure if all we ever do is tell them we expect them to be involved but don't offer any training to help them do it!
