(HOW I LOST 60 POUNDS) Today I'll be sharing with you the 5 reasons why it's hard for a lot of people to lose weight & how to fix it! 7 years ago I lost 60 pounds all by myself, and I had a looot of trial & errors.. from crazy fad diets, skipping meals, to going to the gym, eating foods that you THINK are healthy but arent, and a lot more. Hopefully you guys can learn from my mistakes, and avoid these things!! I wanted to make this since it's January and a lot of us will be making resolutions for weight loss, so I wanted to make this to help yall out :)
