Londoners hit stores for the annual Boxing Day sales, in the UK capital on Thursday.
Footage shows crowds braving the rain as they waited outside London's Selfridges department store in a bid to snap up items at reduced prices.
Despite the long queues outside department stores, shoppers are expected to spend some £200 million (€234.286 million/$260 million) less in this year's post-Christmas sale than last year.
